Hackers and Makers unite to help save the world

Waiting for countries or corporations can take too long. We need to save ourselves on our own terms. Kalimov Lok, Jason Liang, Torrey Nommesen, Daniel Feng, and John Lee have joined together as a team to help solve an important problem.

We have built a device that can buy people time during a mask shortage before international aid arrives. This device will safely sanitize and renew the electrostatic charge of used masks, effectively extending their use. It will be safe, affordable, and available to be used at a hospital or in your home.

During the pandemic, we are working to quickly get a usable prototype out to the public. After the COVID-19 crisis is over, the device can be kept on hand for the next unknown pandemic.

We call our project the Mask Aid Project, or M.A.P. We welcome anyone who is interested in collaborating with us to join us in helping to make the world be a safer place.
